Over the years, the world has evolved into one huge market for commercial activities. This has been greatly influenced by the sophisticated world of internet technology and other such technologies. A strong and stive competition has thus been created amongst goods and service providers. Some, under the same legal regime while sometimes the competition will be influenced by laws from other jurisdictions.
To survive this competition and remain a major service or goods provider in any part of Africa, Asia, Europe or America is no doubt a major challenge. Surviving this challenge will be determined not only by the quality of goods and services rendered but also by a deep knowledge of the growth of law in the relevant jurisdiction and a comparative knowledge of specific aspect of law in other jurisdictions. These and many more are what the Inns Law Review offers. A platform to state the law as it is, to suggest reforms and to do a comparative analysis of other jurisdictions.
It provides a platform for the articulation of views on comtemporary issues in any area of our laws. It is intended to serve as a platform for scholarly exchange on legal issues.
This international journal will serve as a reliable reference point and research material on different areas of law for legal practitioners, Judges, company secretaries, legal advisers of companies, academia, company directors and any one who is interested in legal issues. Inns Law Review is a publication of PELLICAN EDGE CONSULT LTD, a major Research and consultancy outfit dedicated to a high standard of legal research, publishing and training.

The name "INNS" is derived from the Inns of courts in England. The four autonomous institutions, one of which English Barristers must join to receive their training and of which they remain members for life. i.e. the Honorable societies of Lincolns inn, the middle temple, the Inner Temple and Grays Inn. These powerful bodies examine candidate for the bar, call them to the bar and award the degree of Barrister. However, neither the Pellican Edge Consult Ltd nor the INNS Law Review is in any way affiliated to any of these Honourable bodies either conjunctively or disjunctively.
